An experience dedicated to understanding how stress affects our mind and the way we live, and what we can do to manage it better in everyday life. Guided by Dr Eduardo Vera Barrios, psychiatrist, we will explore in a close, evidence-based way how to recognise stress, understand our responses and build tools for self-care and emotional regulation. A session of around two hours combining conversation, active participation, open questions and a final practice: a space to learn, share and experience. Because looking after our mental health is also part of living better for longer.
