• Purpose: to answer your enquiry.
• Legal basis: your consent and, where relevant, pre-contractual steps (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Partnership form

• Data: name, organisation, email, phone and message.
• Purpose: to assess your partnership proposal.
• Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps.

We do not ask for health data through this website. If, as part of an experience, we need to know about allergies or intolerances in order to adapt the service, this will be requested through a specific channel, with your explicit consent, as it is a special category of data (art. 9 GDPR), and kept only as long as strictly necessary.

Consents are separate: agreeing that we may answer your enquiry does not mean agreeing to receive marketing communications.

3. Who processes your data on our behalf

• Netlify (Netlify Inc., USA), which hosts the site and receives form submissions. The international transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
• EnjoyaHome, as manager of bookings and guest support.

We do not pass your data to partners or third parties for commercial purposes.

4. How long we keep it

• Enquiries: until resolved, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal obligations.
• Priority list and marketing: until you unsubscribe.

You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every message or by writing to us.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the email address shown at the top of this page and stating which right you wish to exercise.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures and collect only the minimum data needed for each purpose.
