1. Who can take part
ETHRA experiences are for adults. Each guest is responsible for assessing, with their doctor where appropriate, whether their health allows them to take part in the activities offered.
2. Physical and contrast activities
Some practices — movement, breathwork, ice bath and sauna — involve physical effort or exposure to extreme temperatures. They are always optional: you may skip them and follow the rest of the day as normal. Professionals are present throughout.
Tell the organisation before the experience if you have any cardiovascular, respiratory or neurological condition, an ongoing pregnancy, or any circumstance that might make a practice inadvisable.
3. Food
The gastronomic experience accommodates allergies and intolerances provided they are communicated far enough in advance. See how we handle that information in the privacy policy.
4. Timing and programme
The organisation may change the order or content of the programme for reasons of weather, safety or availability of the professionals, while preserving the intent and quality of the experience.
5. Images
Photography and video may be produced during the day. No image in which you are recognisable will be published without your express written consent, which will be requested separately. You may withdraw it at any time.
6. Conduct
Respectful behaviour towards other guests, the professionals and the venue is expected. The organisation may ask someone to leave the experience if their conduct harms the group, with no right to a refund.
7. Personal belongings
Each guest is responsible for their own belongings.
8. Educational nature
See the health disclaimer.
