Terms of sale

Document in preparation. Ticket sales through the website are not active yet. These terms will be completed and published once the selling entity, the payment provider and the applicable IGIC rate are confirmed.

1. Seller

The commercial entity issuing the ticket and invoicing the experience is the one shown in the table at the top of this page. Operations are handled by EnjoyaHome.

2. Purpose

These terms govern the purchase of tickets for ETHRA experiences through this website. Purchasing implies acceptance of them.

3. Price and taxes

Prices are shown in euros. As these are services provided in the Canary Islands, IGIC applies, not Spanish VAT. The applicable rate and its breakdown are shown before payment is confirmed.

4. Purchase process

1. Choose the experience and the number of tickets.
2. Buyer’s details.
3. Acceptance of these terms and of the participation terms.
4. Payment through the provider’s gateway.
5. Email confirmation with the order code.

No card details are stored on this site: payment takes place entirely within the provider’s secure environment.

5. Capacity

Experiences have limited capacity. A purchase is only confirmed once the confirmation email with its order code has been received.
